Application reopened through March 20, 2024!

When you are ready to apply, complete the Jump Start Option application. The application can be accessed below. The application deadline was extended to March 20 at 11:59pm PST.

Graduating fourth semester ADN students (May or June) are also encouraged to complete a Fall application for the RN-BSN pathway. The Fall RN-BSN application is available from October 1 to November 30 through Cal State Apply. If unable to submit a Fall application, graduating fourth semester students should complete the Spring application for the RN-BSN pathway. The Spring RN-BSN application will be available August 1 through August 31 through Cal State Apply.

Before beginning the Jump Start application, review the entire application guide and the document checklist prior to creating an applicant account. The items may take time to obtain and require assistance from your current institution.

Document Upload Checklist:

  • Unofficial transcripts from every previously attended institution converted to a PDF file
  • School of Nursing Verification Form completed by your Nursing Counselor

Do not send your official transcripts!You are only required to upload unofficial transcripts to the application. Official transcripts are only required when applying to the RN-BSN pathway.
